Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Insights & Actions team and own the roadmap for alerting infrastructure, control plane APIs, automated action systems, and telemetry-derived insights
•Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to align goals and deliver integrated solutions across the organization
•Manage complex projects involving multiple engineers and ensure customer outcomes are auditable and data-driven
•Drive technical excellence through process improvements and best practices across the team
•Coach and mentor engineers from new grads to Staff level, defining career paths and building a sustainable high-performing team
