Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Insights & Actions team and own the roadmap for alerting infrastructure, control plane APIs, automated action systems, and telemetry-derived insights
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to align goals and deliver integrated solutions across the organization
  • •Manage complex projects involving multiple engineers and ensure customer outcomes are auditable and data-driven
  • •Drive technical excellence through process improvements and best practices across the team
  • •Coach and mentor engineers from new grads to Staff level, defining career paths and building a sustainable high-performing team
