Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop solutions to more complex technical problems arising during start-up.
  • •Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades to meet customer needs.
  • •Manage a team of service technicians for installation, configuration, modification, and repair, ensuring highest quality and efficiency.
  • •Interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; address complaints and resolve problems.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert/advisor on technical problems and provide coaching, guidance, and technical/procedural support to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have strong communication, organizational, teaming, and mentoring skills.

  • •Acceptable candidates should currently hold Level 3 controls Technician or Controls Field Project Manager.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •Ability to meet safety, quality, training, and productivity targets while leading team execution.
