Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor to perform day-of-show duties, including set up and tear down.
  • •Follow up with Ops Manager and Supervisor Services teams to ensure service standards are met.
  • •Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy.
  • •Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area and reporting issues encountered.
  • •Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office and work with the M.O.D. to resolve guest issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • •Ability to perform in crises and work under pressure without losing composure.
  • •Ability to memorize and quickly retrieve relevant information.
  • •Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., and perform physical tasks required for event operations.
