Key Responsibilities

  • •Steuern und koordinieren sämtlicher Testaktivitäten inklusive Coaching und Enablement der Teams, damit Qualität von Beginn an gedacht und gelebt wird
  • •Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Teststrategien und -konzepten sowie Unterstützung des Fachbereichs bei der Testfallerstellung
  • •Aufbau eines effektiven Testmonitorings mit KPI-Entwicklung und -Visualisierung sowie Ableitung passender Maßnahmen mit den Teams
  • •Enablement der Teams im agilen Umfeld, damit Testmethoden selbständig angewendet werden und der kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozess vorangetrieben wird
  • •Organisation des Testumgebungs-Setups (Testdaten und Testnutzer), Sicherstellung von E2E-Tests der Geschäftsprozesse und Vorantreiben der Testautomatisierung inkl. Automatisierungsstrategien

Key Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement sowie in Testautomatisierungstools und -techniken und fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden
  • •ISTQB-Zertifizierung als Testmanager ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Management oder ähnliches (idealerweise)
  • •Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz im Qualitätsmanagement
  • •Ausgeprägtes Interaktions- und Kommunikationsgeschick mit Stakeholdern und Teams auf allen Ebenen
  • •Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
