Head of Solutions Engineering

Lead and grow the Solutions Engineering function, setting standards for technical customer support across pre-sales, implementation, adoption, and expansion. Serve as a hands-on technical leader for strategic enterprise accounts, running discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical validation. Coach Solutions Engineers, co-design assessment configurations, conduct enablement workshops, and use platform and assessment data to drive improvements and account success alongside Sales and Customer Success.
