Floor Care Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Maintain flooring and upholstery across a portfolio of retail and back-office sites by performing stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning on scheduled work orders. Operate floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize different floor types and soft fabric materials. Provide temporary janitorial coverage as needed, manage work orders through a computerized maintenance system, and communicate professionally with internal teams and customers while traveling within an assigned route.
