Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve the core real-time collaborative editing experience using CRDTs and WebSockets.
  • •Ship full-stack features that integrate AI capabilities into intuitive, polished user experiences.
  • •Optimize frontend performance so the editor feels fast and responsive at scale.
  • •Collaborate with designers to implement high-quality UI interactions and visual details.
  • •Contribute to and suggest improvements for open-source projects that are core to Gamma's web application.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years building production web applications with strong fundamentals in JavaScript, React, and modern web development.
  • •Experience with real-time collaborative systems, WebSockets, or similar technologies, and familiarity with CRDTs or operational transformation for collaborative editing.
  • •Genuine passion for crafting excellent web experiences with sharp attention to detail in UI implementation.
  • •A curious, low-ego mindset that matches your technical skill and willingness to collaborate.
