Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee delivery timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance for Access Management engagements across the client portfolio.
  • •Provide technical oversight and quality assurance, reviewing architectures and integration approaches and running technical health checks for concurrent engagements.
  • •Own staffing, resource allocation, and utilization planning, maintaining a skills matrix and forecasting staffing needs from pipeline and timelines.
  • •Serve as primary escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns, managing escalation communications and performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Support presales and practice development by validating proposed solutions, reviewing LOE and SOW technical content, and contributing to service offering/go-to-market efforts.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including at least 3 years in delivery leadership or management.
  • •Strong technical background in Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, DaVinci).
  • •Strong technical background in Okta (Identity Engine, Universal Directory, Okta Workflows, API Access Management, Okta Integration Network).
  • •Deep understanding of Access Management fundamentals (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO/federation design patterns, MFA/adaptive authentication, token/API security).
