Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve and maintain growth-critical features like signup, onboarding, and the admin dashboard to ensure a smooth, performant experience for every new user
  • •Design, build, and A/B test high-impact experiments to increase conversion and retention (upgrade flows, prompts, pricing nudges)
  • •Scale growth systems by building and optimizing services such as in-app messaging, billing, and email orchestration tools
  • •Track performance and ship iteratively to drive ARR, retention, and growth KPIs
  • •Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering peers to improve the Cloud user journey from sign-up to subscription

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React (plus HTML/CSS/UI libraries)
  • •You've owned growth metrics: activation, retention, or revenue on a growth or PLG SaaS team
  • •You've shipped experiments yourself from hypothesis to ship/kill decision
  • •Product mindedness: able to ship without a PM and talk to users when needed
  • •Data fluency: you can query data and make decisions from user behavior and experiments
