Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary liaison between automation, supply chain, production, and development operations to build and deploy factory infrastructure for program milestones.
  • •Ideate and implement new manufacturing processes and workflows to increase shop throughput, efficiency, and personnel safety.
  • •Manage build, configuration, and installation of modular automation assets from raw materials through complete cell build and handoff.
  • •Prepare engineering documentation for transition from development to production, including assembly procedures, integration instructions, and bills of materials.
  • •Serve as expert point of contact for non-conforming product, leading troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •2+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, and/or production of mechanical or electrical hardware systems.
  • •2+ years of experience implementing design for manufacture for electromechanical systems.
  • •Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • •Ability to model with 3D CAD (NX, Catia, Solidworks, or equivalent) and understand DFMEA/PFMEA and/or SPC.
