Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project documentation including scope, execution plan, proposal schedule (with manpower projection plan), and conditions of contract.
  • •Follow and enhance planning/scheduling procedures to meet client requirements and develop project-specific procedures when needed.
  • •Prepare activity plans and ensure sufficient planning resources are provided for the work scope.
  • •Timely prepare and issue schedule deliverables (Levels 1–3, SBM, manpower projection plan, critical equipment lists/schedules, S-curves, histograms, look-ahead schedules, monthly progress reports).
  • •Maintain accurate schedule/control curves, analyze schedule trends, produce forecasts and physical progress reports, and issue action reports to project/projec control management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning/scheduling for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction work.
  • •Experience using Primavera Planning Software and ability to develop logic diagrams.
  • •Thorough understanding of contracts with ability to develop and analyze schedules and progress reporting documents.
  • •Ability to forecast trends from schedule and progress performance.
