Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 8 years of industry experience in battery cell technology, battery systems, battery materials, electrification, or energy storage systems.
  • •Minimum 2 years of engineering team leadership or technical management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery cells, battery materials, battery pack design, electrochemistry, and battery validation.
