Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for strategic planning, capital allocation, and cash management across the region.
  • •Monitor and analyze monthly operational and financial performance across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, mid-month run rates, and non-financial metrics.
  • •Provide strategic business partnering by translating complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance managers and advising on investment cases.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for regional functions to establish scalable processes, influence functional management, and help hit targets and optimize KPIs.
  • •Lead cost-saving and revenue-enhancing initiatives while streamlining, automating, and improving financial, operational, and reporting frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • •3–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • •Hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and senior leaders.
