Staff Accountant

Own month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals/prepaids, fixed assets, and balance sheet account reconciliations. Support accounts payable and expense review, financial statement schedules, variance explanations, and audit requests. Maintain SOPs and repeatable workflows, and provide payroll-related support such as semi-monthly payroll backup, payroll accruals, and 401(k) plan support. Lead implementation of a scalable commission and incentive management solution to improve automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
