•Lead overall real estate portfolio management, including asset identification, site improvements, lease renewals, subleases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
•Develop long-term capital plans and portfolio optimization strategies with senior leadership.
•Oversee real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales, lease terminations/renewals, negotiations) to align with organizational objectives.
•Manage relationships with external partners and municipal stakeholders, including AHJs, to support project success.
•Oversee workplace operations such as corporate cafeterias, mail services, the print shop, and the Tyson Foods company store.
