Build trusted relationships with customers through proactive outreach, appointment and virtual engagement, and in-branch service. Assess banking needs, gather account information, and recommend deposit and loan products that match customers’ goals. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking services, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering an accurate, high-quality customer experience. Register with NMLS as required under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z.
