Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide internal support for Account Executives, including deal structure questions, order processing, and pre-quote conversion support to ensure compliance with revenue and company policy.
  • •Advise on pricing strategy and deal structuring options to close deals efficiently while maximizing revenue within company pricing guidelines.
  • •Work with Sales, Rev Recognition, and Legal on contract issues, including suggestions for contract negotiation and ensuring proper revenue recognition.
  • •Create and modify quotes as required, and review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Sales Order Acceptance policy.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance, train Sales (especially less experienced AEs), and contribute to process improvements, internal policies, and resolution of billing investigations and disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of sales operations or order management experience.
  • •Experience with pricing and deal strategy, including ACV calculations, deal structuring, and pricing/discount approval processes.
  • •Strong research and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Excellent interpersonal communication skills for articulating and debating difficult issues, including written and verbal communication.
  • •Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accuracy against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
