Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient electrical services across plants.
  • •Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, major repairs, and shutdown maintenance in line with plant requirements.
  • •Maximize electrical equipment availability by controlling and minimizing unscheduled delays and reviewing equipment/system risks with technical recommendations.
  • •Own maintenance execution: review daily work orders, classify corrective vs preventive, coordinate with maintenance planning and condition monitoring, and maintain accurate records on maintenance systems.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for major and non-routine problems, develop countermeasures, manage spare parts, supervise and train the team, and ensure EHS and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
  • •10–15 years proven experience in electrical systems (MV & LV) and automation systems maintenance.
  • •At least 5 years experience as an electrical section head or team leader.
  • •Preferred experience in steel manufacturing plants (direct reduction, steel making, rolling mills).
  • •Preferred experience with energy management applications.
