Senior Construction Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Life Sciences

Lead day-to-day cost management for Life Sciences construction engagements, acting as the key interface with clients. Drive estimating, cost planning, change order negotiations, cost checks, and cost reporting across the project lifecycle. Coordinate with design services, general contractors, and stakeholders on cost estimates, contingencies, value engineering, and final accounts, while providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance aligned with SOX controls where applicable.
