Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with healthcare executives, business stakeholders, clinical leaders, and technology teams to identify AI transformation opportunities and define AI-driven solutions.
  • •Translate healthcare business challenges into scalable AI architectures, technical strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
  • •Design and architect enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation, including multi-agent and orchestration patterns.
  • •Lead AI solution development from discovery and architecture through prototyping, production deployment, and optimization.
  • •Establish AI architecture standards and support responsible AI governance (monitoring, explainability, security, compliance) while mentoring teams and leading workshops and architecture reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI and enterprise AI/ML solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures and patterns.
  • •Experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept through deployment.
  • •Strong software engineering background with Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based development; plus healthcare payer/provider workflow understanding and regulated-environment awareness (including HIPAA/privacy).
