  • •Support HR-related information management and data analysis to optimize HR operations and decision-making.
  • •Plan and support cultural activities to promote and maintain TikTok’s organizational culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) program, preferably in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
  • •Availability for an internship of 3 months or more, with a preference for working 5 days per week.
  • •Strong interest in HR work and growing long-term in HR practice.
  • •Strong team collaboration skills with a clear, logical thought process.
  • •Highly self-driven with a strong sense of purpose.
