Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, and manage expectations.
  • •Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • •Lead technical design sessions; architect and document solutions aligned with client objectives and identify gaps between current and desired states.
  • •Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects, including coding standards and leading code reviews.
  • •Handle technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong CRM experience with a solid background on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Senior leadership expertise.
  • •Expert-level understanding of Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds).
  • •Expert understanding of systems architecture, including scalable performance-driven design patterns and large data volume limitations/best practices.
