Key Responsibilities

  • •Strengthen legal entity purity and enhance governance frameworks by identifying opportunities that add value.
  • •Coordinate across multiple teams for variance analysis and governance structure.
  • •Drive results on complex specialized projects/transactions with preparation and review of MFRs and related documentation under limited supervision.
  • •Participate in core process framework including financial/close governance and audit/exam and board support exercises (e.g., resolution planning and LEG assessments).
  • •Prepare and review US-GAAP financial statements and support statutory/regulatory filings, including balance sheet governance and process improvement via trending and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in legal entity controllership, accounting, reporting, and project management.
