Key Responsibilities

  • •Build sophisticated PVM analyses to isolate business drivers and translate complex financial detail into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • •Own financial rigor for new SKU and assortment launches, including forecasting, margin modeling, cannibalization analysis, and post-launch performance measurement.
  • •Evaluate marketing spend and incrementality with Marketing and FP&A leadership to assess ROI, trade-offs, and downstream impacts to demand, margin, and inventory.
  • •Lead in-depth financial modeling and scenario planning to identify margin improvement, inventory efficiency, and category profitability levers.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance, with retail or ecommerce exposure strongly preferred.
  • •Proven experience partnering with Merchandising, Category, or Commercial leadership in a senior operational finance capacity.
  • •Advanced, hands-on expertise in Price, Volume, Mix (PVM) analysis, including building PVM models from the ground up.
  • •Extensive SQL expertise writing complex queries against large transactional datasets (Snowflake or equivalent) to build financial models and dashboards.
  • •Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills, plus a foundation in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics.
