Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large or complex packaging projects with a high level of independence and provide scenarios and recommendations to gain alignment.
  • •Deliver technically grounded NPD, VE and Supply Chain projects through R&D governance and best practices.
  • •Oversee packaging-related equipment implementations, line commissioning on new filling lines, and CAPEX maintenance for the existing network.
  • •Support Packaging Development Team/Manager to develop new or cost-efficient packaging within the innovation and cost-out pipeline.
  • •Coach members of the wider packaging team and foster cross-functional relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed packaging, engineering or science degree.
  • •7+ years of experience within packaging development in a complex / matrix organization.

  • •Ability to translate consumer needs into technical concepts, prototypes and drive towards execution; independent worker with ownership.
  • •Experience leading large or complex packaging projects, including new equipment, filling and packaging lines, and CAPEX maintenance.
