Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide non-medical, short-term solution-focused counseling to eligible children and youth, including assessment, brief counseling/consultation, action planning, referrals, and follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field.
  • •Valid unrestricted independent counseling license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) that authorizes independent counseling practice.
  • •Less than 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • •Intermediate technology competencies (e.g., Microsoft Suite, internet navigation, smartphone/tablet, and video-conferencing platform navigation).
  • •Ability to work in military installation and school settings, including travel within base locations and compliance with site requirements.
