Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers, resolving inquiries courteously and escalating complaints or incidents to management.
  • •Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, tear, neglect, damage, previous repairs, and structural damage, following the defined inspection program.
  • •Capture and upload accurate vehicle condition data using the required technology and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain productivity and minimize inspection errors in line with management expectations.
  • •Maintain equipment/tools properly, keep vehicles clean, and complete road tests if required by contract or inspection type.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Preferred 1 year of automotive experience.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license meeting job requirements.

  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
