Deliver outstanding consumer experiences at Crocs by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll assist across store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, while working with Store Management to exceed personal performance objectives. As a brand ambassador, share knowledge of product collaborations and launches, and help protect assets by following policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
