Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic solutions and PCB layouts for new Ajax devices, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • •Identify cost-reduction and performance-enhancement opportunities via component unification and architectural shifts.
  • •Lead complex hardware projects from concept through mass production (10,000+ units/month), mitigating technical risks.
  • •Serve as an SME to optimize the hardware-software interface and manufacturing yield with firmware and supply chain teams.
  • •Lead the prototype bring-up process by debugging complex issues and defining rigorous testing protocols for design validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level circuit design, including accurate circuit calculations and high-fidelity simulations of device behavior.
  • •Professional proficiency in Altium Designer, with managed libraries and 3D modeling preferred.
  • •Proven design-for-excellence experience for LVD/EMC and mass manufacturing (DFM/DFT).
  • •Deep power-management expertise for both battery-powered and mains-powered devices (85–265 VAC).
  • •Experience producing production documentation (BOM, Gerber files, assembly drawings) with Git version control and fluent English for technical collaboration.
