Lead field fundraising for Teach For America in Oklahoma by setting vision and strategy to grow a portfolio of donors. You’ll cultivate, steward, and solicit donors as needed, partnering closely with the local Executive Director and advisory board to build relationships and drive revenue goals. Manage donor activities in Salesforce, monitor progress, and help steward team and organizational initiatives while independently executing a 3–5 year acquisition and diversification strategy.
