•Own and drive the product roadmap for Payments, focusing on integrations, transaction flows, and payment experience optimization
•Work closely with engineering, operations, and external providers to deliver integrated payment solutions (not limited to but including APIs and service integrations)
•Define clear product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure smooth execution from discovery to delivery
•Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions
•Leverage data, user behavior, and operational insights to improve payment success rates and user experience

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or platform-based environments
•Strong understanding of payment systems, integrations, and operational workflows
•Experience working with APIs, integrations, and technical teams with solid PM-to-SM level technical understanding
•Exposure to AI/Automation-driven workflows or process optimization is a strong plus
•Proven ability to drive execution, manage complex problem-solving, and make data-driven decisions
