Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define delivery resources, run standard RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Ensure project documentation governance and accurate, timely, coordinated project data integrity.
  • •Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress, report status and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of experience and education).
  • •Have general knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including the ability to read architectural drawings.
  • •Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
  • •Demonstrate judgment from analyzing multiple information sources, with strong interpersonal skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
