Key Responsibilities

  • •Support longer-term strategy by evaluating the internal ecosystem and tracking industry changes in open source and open weight models and harnesses.
  • •Own the ROI and measurement narrative by translating adoption, engagement, and cost data into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • •Develop analytical frameworks and phased measurement to evaluate general-purpose and domain-specific GenAI use cases over time.
  • •Build and evolve internal dashboards and reporting as a source of truth for adoption, engagement, and cost across use cases and functions.
  • •Support vendor negotiation strategy using scenario modeling and help refine financial models for GenAI tooling spend, partnering across legal, procurement, product, finance, engineering, and data science.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience in a highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting or corporate strategy), with prior people-management experience preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive analyses independently and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity by building models and frameworks from incomplete or fast-changing data.
  • •Expert working knowledge of Excel and ability to quickly learn internal tools; experience with visualization/dashboard tools such as Tableau.
