Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level technical expertise and support for Modern Workplace solutions, especially Microsoft 365 services.
  • •Work with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Modern Workplace technologies with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • •Monitor system performance, respond to user inquiries, and resolve technical issues to maintain service availability and reliability.
  • •Execute digital transformation and continuous improvement projects for the digital work environment.
  • •Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Hybrid Identity, Entra ID Connect, federation), including identity access controls and user/group lifecycle management across M365.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •Proven experience with Modern Workplace technologies, particularly the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • •Solid ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to collaboration tools and IT infrastructure.
  • •Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles as they relate to collaboration tools.
  • •Excellent communication skills for technical support and training, and ability to collaborate across departments.
