Key Responsibilities

  • •Work an assigned portfolio of active and charged-off accounts, balancing urgency to reduce non-performing assets with minimizing loss.
  • •Monitor the portfolio and develop workout and rehabilitation strategies and action plans to protect and improve the bank’s position.
  • •Handle commercial equipment lease and loan restructuring, bankruptcy, and repossession/recovery.
  • •Negotiate settlements on loan products and use authority to release liens on equipment or vehicles.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert by maintaining understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and codes, and analyze strategies for non-accrual/TDR and equipment recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and/or equivalent experience required.
  • •Minimum of ten (10) years related experience, including management, with strong understanding of credit analysis, loan and lease documentation, workout and restructuring, and bankruptcy/legal issues.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel occasionally.
  • •May be eligible for Telecommuting.
