Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the solution design, rollout, and operational optimization of WMS and DCS supporting fulfillment and sortation centers across multiple regions.
  • •Drive successful new site launches through implementation, operational readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), and on-site training for warehouse operations teams.
  • •Partner with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions and ensure feature adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive operational and product decisions.
  • •Strong project management skills and stakeholder management across Operations, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
