Cost Management Director - Semiconductor Sector Lead

Lead and develop a cost management team supporting the Semiconductor Sector in Boise, Idaho. Ensure service excellence in cost management delivery, continued growth of the offering, and strong client engagement. Drive strategic and operational management across resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, quality control, and knowledge/process improvement. Conduct construction market research, produce thought leadership, and represent the office through proposals, networking, and senior leadership presentations.
