Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project-level initiatives focused on development of wet processes.
  • •Carry out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff members.
  • •Facilitate technology transfer, assist in ramp-up, and maintain accurate records and technical reports.
  • •Mentor early-career staff and participate in multi-functional problem solving to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • •Contribute to documentation of guidelines/SOPs and knowledge management while staying current on emerging wet processing advancements.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥8 years), Master’s (≥11 years), or Bachelor’s (≥13 years) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Deep understanding of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, and selective chemical etching, including fixing process issues and supporting transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
  • •Working knowledge of memory process flow (planar + vertical NAND context).
  • •Experience with electrical evaluation methods and fab metrology tools such as CD-SEM, thickness measurement, and particle counters.
  • •Experience using DOE/SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes.
