Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead healthcare and education capital projects across the full project lifecycle, from business case and planning through handover.
  • •Act as primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, public sector organisations, design consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
  • •Provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and priorities.
  • •Direct multidisciplinary project teams and oversee execution plans covering programmes, budgets, procurement strategies, risk registers, governance frameworks, and reporting.
  • •Monitor performance across programme, cost, quality, risk, compliance, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring health and safety compliance and environmental and quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional membership of a recognised institution (e.g. Chartered Engineer, Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder, or equivalent).
  • •Significant experience delivering complex capital projects within a construction consultancy environment.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale healthcare, hospital, education, or public infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project governance, programme management, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
