Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Senior Field Service Engineers [Customer Engineers] on installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment.
  • •Use digital analytics to troubleshoot equipment and issues.
  • •Apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess equipment and address technical problems with guidance.
  • •Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided).
  • •Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of an associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
  • •Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • •Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges using effective troubleshooting techniques.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers.
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to meet on-site safety requirements.
