Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with European teams to receive creative assets and support local production of in-store trade marketing materials.
  • •Translate and adapt copy and creative guidelines to prepare clear briefs for external agencies.
  • •Coordinate agencies and suppliers throughout graphic adaptation, printing, and production; manage distribution plans across the store network.
  • •Provide operational support to maintain and update the Animation Book, mapping of animation objectives, and presentation materials for operational committee meetings.
  • •Manage institutional digital screen content by scheduling, updating, and ensuring implementation according to the communication calendar.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Design or related fields.
  • •Previous experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, jewelry, retail, branding, or design environments (plus).
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • •Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Good written and spoken English, plus proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
