Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial, IP, trademark, bankruptcy, and employment-related disputes and litigation matters with legal teams, outside counsel, and stakeholders.
  • •Handle responses to subpoenas, garnishment orders, domestic relations orders, statutory requests for information, and requests from government and law enforcement agencies.
  • •Lead and manage internal investigations involving legal risks to Snowflake.
  • •Develop and improve scalable processes and procedures for handling litigation matters.
  • •Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks and review litigation-related contractual provisions in commercial agreements.

Salary: USD 202,000 - 265,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •JD from an accredited law school, membership in at least one state bar, and ability to practice in the jurisdiction for this role.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of legal experience with substantive litigation experience.
  • •Experience managing complex litigation and/or class action claims.
  • •Experience conducting internal investigations.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to explain complicated concepts in simple terms.
