Senior Litigation Counsel

Manage a broad portfolio of litigation matters for Snowflake, working with internal legal teams, outside counsel, and stakeholders across commercial, IP, trademark, bankruptcy, and employment disputes. Lead responses to subpoenas and government requests, oversee internal investigations, and help build scalable processes for handling disputes at a growing company. Advise business partners on litigation risk and review dispute-resolution and other litigation-related contractual provisions.
