Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure contracting activities comply with corporate policies and procedures.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contractual agreements while identifying and escalating risks for non-standard terms.
  • •Provide strategic guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and mitigation of contractual risks.
  • •Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to keep contracts and processes compliant.
  • •Maintain audit-ready contract documentation and support contract close-out, amendments, and termination activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • •Approximately 7 years of experience in contracts management.
  • •Experience supporting Operations and Maintenance categories is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with familiarity with Power BI and Maximo P2P an asset.
