Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business partners to understand objectives and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and technology solutions.
  • •Support implementation and rollout of Product & Merchandising technology platforms, including requirements gathering, testing, training, documentation, and change management.
  • •Document current and future-state business processes, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and operational procedures.
  • •Partner with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues.
  • •Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate requirements, prioritize enhancement requests and defect resolution, and analyze performance and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise business applications.
  • •Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and test scenarios.
  • •Understanding of system integrations, data governance, reporting, analytics, and master data concepts.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills with effective communication across technical and non-technical partners.
