Procurement Supervisor (Syria, SY)

Oversee and manage the organization’s end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs and sourcing suppliers to evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. Develop procurement strategies and policies, forecast requirements with internal stakeholders, and conduct market research to make data-driven buying decisions.
