Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage a busy and complex calendar; schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • •Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners, coordinating logistics and information flow.
  • •Draft leadership agendas and prepare agenda materials, actions items, and related documentation.
  • •Type correspondence and reports, draft from rough notes, conduct research, and assist with presentation creation while maintaining confidential files.
  • •Prepare and manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including frequent last-minute changes, and handle expenses and follow-ups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook (including group scheduling) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to take initiative, problem solve, and perform extensive research.
  • •Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment.
  • •Experience in the music industry preferred.
