Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full operational support to the team, anticipating workload and preparing appropriate materials.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information in Group systems.
  • •Liaise and work with other Corporate/CIB teams to improve customer and employee experience and outcomes.
  • •Adhere to HSBC policies, procedures, and control requirements; raise and escalate concerns about actual or potential issues.
  • •Own performance expectations and complete mandatory training to build capability and competence for the role.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university.
  • •Experience in banking operations, particularly in wholesale banking, credit, or risk.
  • •Strong knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products.
  • •Knowledge of local regulations and exposure to the corporate banking industry.
  • •As per BRPD circular no. 02 (16 Jan 2025), passing the Banking Professional Exam (JAIBB & AIBB) is required for appointment in a higher position.
