Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
  • •Differentiate instruction based on students’ mastery levels and personalize learning.
  • •Augment course content using prescribed policies and procedures and appropriate asynchronous/synchronous tools under guidance from the principal and coach.
  • •Maintain grade books, make placement and promotion decisions, and alert administrators to concerns about student performance and progress.
  • •Establish and maintain positive rapport with families; communicate with students and learning coaches/parents and support troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment.
