Job Summary

Serve as a client-focused, sales-driven advisor in the branch to deepen relationships and help customers improve their financial wellness. Engage clients through in-person conversations and proactive calling, uncover needs, and recommend tailored banking solutions. Open and manage consumer and small business accounts and lending products, meet individual sales/activity goals, coordinate with branch and line-of-business partners, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•1+ years developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience (required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) (required).
