Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •1+ years developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) (required).
