•Lead acquisition and growth by actively generating new premiums from new customers in the guarantee business within your segment (10–100 million EUR revenue).
•Holistically manage guarantee acquisitions, procure and evaluate relevant information, and create informed reports and decision documents.
•Oversee onboarding and governance with the RCU, ensuring optimal line utilization through active tracking.
•Provide client care by managing insureds post-contract until handover to the RCU and fostering sustainable customer development.
•Build and maintain a network with banks, brokers and associations, managing defined intermediaries in a spot role and developing durable relationships.
